A stubborn young woman, the youngest of two siblings. Paula has an unusual dream: to quit her toxic office day job to make a living out of her real passion: Parkour. During her quest, Paula takes a tryout to join Kunai Express, the city’s famous urban ninja food delivery service. Although Paula is a very skilled and experienced traceuse and freerunner, she has now begun her trainingin martial arts and urban ninja tactics.  Her best friend is her former high-school roomie Mirabelle Mei’Ren, a half-tiefling girl who is like the sister Paula never had. Paula often has the need to prove herself to others, mainly because of insecurities rooted in the betrayal of her ex-boyfriend, who is now the romantic partner of Paula’s former rival and best friend.

The youngest daughter a former demon thief and an Elven princess who gave up her status to marry the man she loved. Her friends says she’s too nice for a half-demon, which is true, unlike her older sister, her personality resembles that of her mother more than her father’s. Behind her usual smile and happy-go-lucky attitude, there’s a proud and somewhat hot-headed woman with a fierce determination. Mira, as her friends call her, dreams of becoming a self-taught chef someday, even if she fails most of the time when recording videos for her Utube channel “Mira’s kitchen”.

A modified Synthetic assistant unit who gained self-awareness along with other similar models thanks to an experimental patch gone wrong. After he and his kind were granted citizenship, he started his own business in the form of a gaming bar called “The Glitch”, he soon became famous for his grumpy attitude and strange sense of humor. He’s always taken good care of the Glitch’s cilentelle, most of which he considers friends, the closest of them being Mirabelle and Paula, who were regulars pretty much since the bar opened. He specially enjoys teasing Mirabelle. L-GRO recently got a profanity filter installed thanks to an undercover inspector, so every time he swears a *BEEP* is heard instead.

One Paula’s first friends in Kunai Express. As a kid she developed an exceptional skill with her Yoyo and managed to win several tournaments at a young age. She’s one of the most experienced runners in Kunai Express’ crew, and was personally trained in ninjutsu by Sensei Tanigawa its founder. She also developed her own technique using metal Yo-Yos as her weapons. Joh-Yo is a bit overconfident and loves attention, so she rarely let’s an oportunity to show off go to waste. She sees sensei Tanigawa as a second father and the crew at Kunai Express as her family. She’s Weasel’s girlfriend.

Weasel is one of the most trusted and experienced runners in the crew. He became an orphan when he as 10, and Sensei Tanigawa took him under his wing. He’s an amazing martial artist and his skills with the Kunai are second to none. He’s Johanna’s boyfriend and he cares deeply for her. He like tends to spend reading about legendary warriors and hanging out with his closest friends: Stapler and Todd.

Stapler worked once a ????? and ?????????? but after a traumatic experience, he stopped working out for a long time, which is why he is now overweight. But make no mistake, he’s one of the crew’s strongest and most nimble members. A member of a supersticious family, he believes in ghosts, the afterlife and is fascinated with stories around the occult, whether those are believed to be real or fiction.

Alice is one of the founding members of the Geckos (Paula’s former parkour crew) and was once Paula’s best friend. She’s a proud and confident young woman who loves being the center of attention. In the past, as Paula’s parkour skill improved with practice, Alice’s spotlight as The Geckos #1 girl became contested. Soon, their rivalry became more and more intense, and Alice started competing for the attention and love of Paula’s boyfriend at the time: Izan. Some time later, Paula found out Alice and Izan were having an affair, and decided to quit The Geckos, not having any contact with any member of the crew since then. In the present, Alice recently tried to join Kunai Express but failed her trial run due to the interference of a stray dog.

Izan is another founding member of the Geckos. He loves working out, strong emotions and living his life at its fullest. He was once Paula’s boyfriend, until she found him cheating on her with her best friend and rival Alice. Since that day, neither he or any member of the Gecko’s saw Paula again, which left him with some sense of guilt up to this day. Izan is deeply in love with Alice, with whom he’s been in a serious relationship since Paula left. He once tried to join Kunai Express but was rejected, so now he plans to take “the Geckos” to the next level (whatever that means).
